The National Biodiversity Data Centre is pleased to announce the launch of its new On-line Record Submission Form http://records.biodiversityireland.ie/ which it hopes will encourage the submission of casual records by members of the public.
There are two options for recording species observations within certain taxanomic groups. Observations can be recorded via a ‘Species Form’ or via a ‘Site Based Form’. The form will also provide stats on the number of records received by group, county and day. Records submitted by you can be downloaded to an Excel sheet.
