The Help Desk

The NBN can seem quite complicated to newcomers so we have done as much as we can to provide you with all the help you need to get you started. There are several ways you can interact through this site from a quick real time chat to in-depth discussions on our Fora. If you have a burning question please check out the FAQ section for a list of all the answers to topics we are regularly asked. If yours is not there then you can submit your question to us using the Help Desk.
